The problem
Each order from a major apparel brand is a complex mix of sizes, patterns, colours and designs. Setting up the bill of materials took 2–3 hours per order, and errors caused production delays and procurement mismatches.
What we built
The automation reads the items in each order and applies defined logic to identify the BOM components for every item and variant, including fabric, prints, trims and accessories.
