The problem
Every month, 400–500 invoices had to be exported to PDF, named and uploaded to the right folders for distribution, by hand.
What we built
The automation detects newly created invoices, exports the PDF from Sage and uploads it to the right location in the content management system.

- PDFs available within minutes of posting
