The problem
Orders from Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces came in through integrations that sometimes missed orders, so staff reconciled seller portals against internal systems every day.
What we built
An automation periodically collects orders from each seller portal, checks them against internal systems and creates any missing orders.
Results
- About 4 hours saved per seller portal per day
- Runs unattended across marketplaces
- Team refocused on fulfilment
