The problem
To stay competitive, price and availability for over a million SKUs change constantly, and each change has to reach about 15 marketplaces. A team of six did it by hand.
What we built
An automation takes the updates from internal systems and applies them on each marketplace through its API, batch file upload or screen entry, whichever the marketplace supports.
Results
- Team of six reduced to one person spending 4 hours a day overseeing
- Price and stock changes live in hours, not days
- Fewer pricing errors and lost Buy Box positions
How we'd build it today
An agent now monitors failed updates across channels and resolves most of them itself, leaving the reviewer only true exceptions.
