The problem
The transportation management system had no up-to-date vessel schedules, so planners checked each shipping line's website by hand.
What we built
An automation visits carrier sites such as OOCL, Maersk and CMA CGM, downloads the published schedules and prepares the TMS import file.
Results
- 15+ hours a week of manual checks removed
- Schedules consolidated in one format inside the TMS
- Fewer missed cut-offs

A browser agent now keeps working when carrier sites change layout, and compares schedules against planned loads to suggest bookings.
